    • By joining this program, you are committing to the full coaching experience and to showing up fully for yourself and your financial transformation.

  2. Payment

    • All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan.

    • Payments are non-transferable.

  3. No Refunds or Exchanges

    • Due to the nature of this program and the value delivered, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be offered once your payment has been processed.

  4. Scheduling & Sessions

    • Sessions must be scheduled and used within the agreed-upon timeframe of the program.

    • Missed or canceled sessions without adequate notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  5. Results Disclaimer

    • While I am fully committed to supporting you, your results depend on your effort, energy, and implementation. No specific financial or business outcomes are guaranteed.

  6. Confidentiality

    • All information shared during our work together will remain confidential, private and held in a safe, supportive space.

  7. Recording
    • You have the option to record your sessions, due to the sensitive nature of our work together, Natalia will grant you access to record to your own personal computer via Zoom. We do not record & send session files.
