- I understand my Membership is 6 months long requiring a minimum of 6 payments, I can continue longer if i'd like and go month to month after my initial 6 month term.

- My payment will be deducted via the card I am paying with now every 4 weeks from the day I checked out (please mark your calendar for today's payment date to ensure funds are present each month)

- I understand this membership is on-going & I will be emailed close to my 6 month completion mark with the option to cancel or, continue on month to month.

- I understand I must submit for cancellation once my 6 monthly payments have been received otherwise, my membership will continue on month to month until I submit for cancellation. 

- Any cancellation requested prior to my 6 month term will be declined.
